**THIS EVENT HAS BEEN CANCELLED**
This is the second workshop in a series of events being run by CIM Greater London in collaboration with CIM’s content partners LID who create and curate content for both Catalyst magazine and the CIM content hub, Exchange.
LID are also publishers of best-selling marketing and business books and this event series features authors, expert in their field, who have published the latest ‘must read’ on their area of expertise.
At this event we will be turning the spotlight on media agencies. Although there is no shortage of minefields to navigate in the world of advertising, media agencies are arguably the most difficult.
Traditional media channels have fragmented, and online advertising is heralded as both the saviour and snake oil. However issues of transparency and fraud still continue to dominate many client/agency conversations.
Following his career in advertising, our speaker David Meikle has spent the last 10 years as a consultant, unravelling the tangled knot of client/agency relationships culminating in his 2017 book, How to Buy a Gorilla.
In his Taking the LID off... talk, David identifies the crucial factors you need to know and understand to ensure you can have successful, productive and sustainable relationships with your media agencies.
