Caroline is an international director, marketing excellence and capability expert and strategic management consultant with extensive line management and consultancy experience in marketing and sales for companies including Kraft Foods, Unilever, Vodafone, UPS, Heineken, GlaxoSmithKline, Novartis, Beiersdorf, Mondelez, LEGO, Old Mutual Group and Coca-Cola amongst many others.
