    In association with the CIM Marketing Club for Northern Ireland, NW School of Marketing has created an event that will show you how to improve customer experience through customer journey mapping. The session will cover: 
    • How consumers make buying decisions
    • Building a customer persona
    • Mapping the customer journey across different scenarios
    • Touchpoints and Pain points 
    • Delighting the customer through marketing

    Speaker: Marian Norwood FCIM

    Marian leads the Consultancy, Qualifications and Training activities of NW School of Marketing. She leads the delivery of all modules across the Certificate and Diploma CIM qualifications. Marian is a strategic marketer who has delivered consultancy, research, and knowledge transfer projects across a range of sectors over 20 years. 

    Prior to establishing NW School of Marketing, Marian worked as a Lecturer in Marketing at Ulster University. During that time, she headed up strategic marketing consultancy projects for public sector organisations and eCommerce Knowledge Transfer Programmes with private B2B sector organisations.
