Katie Hart will open your eyes to new ways of thinking about your customers, your processes, your materials and, unashamedly, yourself.
This session will explore the role of neuroscience within digital marketing, and share insights into the difference it can make for your campaigns. When you know and understand the way your audience’s brain processes information, you can intentionally design content which will create more engagement and have greater impact.
This promises to be a revealing and thought-provoking session, which will share the latest insights from research in this field, enabling you to take them away and start to benefit from their implementation.
Speaker: Katie Hart, Neuromarketing Specialist
Katie Hart is passionate about providing insight into our brains, and using that knowledge to help both people and organisations promote themselves more effectively. She has been running her own neuromarketing business for over 15 years, working with clients such as Dove, Honda and Lloyds Bank in that time.
She is a tutor for the Cambridge Marketing College specialising in customer insights, a Fellow of the CIM and the Course Director of our neuromarketing masterclass. Katie has recently completed her MSc in Applied Neuroscience and is a well-known speaker both nationally and internationally, on ways neuroscience can be applied within marketing.
