How do you come up with the right content idea for your product and marketplace? CIM Course Director, Paul Hill, will explain some of the essential steps to take before any creative session and lead delegates through a team exercise to try out an alternative brainstorming technique.
This is the second of a series of events being held at the University of East London, Stratford by the newly formed CIM/UEL Marketing Club.
The aim of the club is to give practicing marketers an opportunity to take some time-out, challenge thinking, learn new skills and share experiences with the next generation of marketing talent. It’s also designed to give students interested in careers in marketing an opportunity to network with people already working at the coalface.
Paul Hill is an award-winning content strategist and journalist. He has won UK RAR Digital Awards for both content strategy and digital strategy and he consults with UK and international brands. With a 15-year background in the UK media, he now writes about media, marketing and technology for The Guardian Media Network.
CPD category: Integrated marketing communications
Duration: 2 hours
Registration and networking is from 18:00, the event starts at 18:30 and finishes at 20:30. If you are non-EU resident please call the Network Support team to make your booking.
