Face-to-face engagement with customers remains an important element of business strategy for construction and building product companies. This seminar demonstrates techniques and processes supported with examples from award winning companies.

Joni Tyler, Head of Continuing Professional Development at RIBA, will focus on how to make CPD seminars engaging and compelling to effectively target companies engaging with architects and specifiers.
