Rockliffe Hall, recently named as the UK's Large Hotel of the Year, is the North East’s leading hotel, golf and spa destination. Located in a picturesque setting on the banks of the River Tees the luxury resort aims to provide a five star home-from-home for celebrating, working and relaxing.
Katie Scott, Rockliffe Hall’s Sales and Marketing Manager, will discuss how embracing storytelling throughout the resorts marketing communications strategy has effectively engaged new and existing customers resulting in increased business and retention.
Earlier this year Rockliffe Hall announced plans to develop one and a half acres of land adjacent to the Old Hall into multi-functional parkland for guests. The new 'Mischmasch' development features a stunning glasshouse; inspired by a periodical written and illustrated by Lewis Carroll for his family. The glasshouse will sit adjacent to the walled kitchen garden where chefs from Rockliffe’s three acclaimed restaurants grow their own produce to use in their dishes.
This event will be held within the glasshouse and guests will also have the opportunity to tour the new facilities and other features of the 'Wonderland of Curiosities' following the event, should they wish.
