Effective internal and external communications are key in building sustainable relationships and delivering customer value.  

This session will address internal communications through building cross functional relationships whilst understanding how to harness resources to deliver effective marketing solutions. Additionally, it will evaluate why internal communication is important to your business, whilst delivering value to your customers.

In addition, further value will be provided whilst considering internal communication channels and the relationship between internal and external stakeholders. The session will give delegates practical steps to immediately enhance an internal communications strategy and will conclude with measuring the effectiveness of internal communications tools. After the workshop delegates can participate in a Q&A session.
