October 05, 2017
6:00 PM - London
The NHS is in a period of transformation that will require huge behaviour change programmes, with services being delivered differently and a renewed focus on preventative measures.
This event will cover techniques that have been proven to modify behaviours of populations, patients and staff and give examples of successful campaigns delivered locally, regionally and nationally.
Participants will also have the opportunity to discuss the role behaviour change has within their Sustainability Transformation Programme (STP) and learn how to use social marketing and behavioural economics to influence key populations, by understanding how people make decisions and are likely to respond and how this can be applied to STP priorities.
