The role and value of marketing in professional services can often be misunderstood. Traditional businesses are having to adapt to a more competitive environment where the needs and expectations of the consumer are constantly challenging established business systems.

The services sector, in particular, are going through a great change with new challenges being faced every day.

In this workshop, we’ll be investigating the changes in your market place and what the impact may be having on your business. Based on relevant business thinking and theory, we’ll discuss how you could improve your overall marketing effectiveness.

We’ll consider the importance of key marketing mix factors and how you can integrate your communications activities more effectively and we’ll consider the relevancy of digital marketing and social media as part of your overall strategy. We’ll explore the importance of internal communication and the role of marketing in creating and maintaining a strong brand presence and in key sectors.

Finally, we’ll discuss suitable management issues, opportunities, structures, and processes to ensure long term marketing successful.
