    6:00 PM - Norwich

We all use social media to talk to our audiences, but do you know why and what is working?

In this workshop, you’ll learn how to make your social media marketing more effective and take it to the next level. You’ll learn about social media goals and objectives, how to deliver them and how to wrap it all up in facts and figures to judge whether it’s working or not. You’ll find out how to do this for the day-to-day activity, running a brand account and for specific brand campaigns.

The workshop will be run by Ashley Spooner, Managing Director of Knife Box Digital Ltd, an agency based in Norwich and Farringdon, and part of the Digital Innovation Group (DIG).

This is the fourth in a series of events being held at the University of East Anglia, Norwich, by the newly formed CIM/Norwich Business School (NBS) marketing club. The aim of the club is to give practicing marketers an opportunity to take some time-out, challenge thinking, learn new skills and share experiences with the next generation of marketing talent.
