The Information Commissioner describes the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) as the "biggest change to data protection law for a generation”. Bringing the UK’s data protection regime up to date for a digital age. The GDPR builds upon existing European legislation, introducing new rules aimed at empowering business to act responsibly and protecting the privacy and rights of EU citizens.
Join Mark Gracey from Flavourfy Digital, as he takes us through the GDPR changes, what they mean for marketing professionals, the impact of the new consent rules and how to ensure your business is compliant when the Regulation becomes law in May. He’ll also touch on the impact GDPR and privacy regulations have on digital marketing, particularly when it comes to B2B and the role of the new Data Protection Bill.
