December 13, 2017
6:00 PM - Newcastle
General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is on the way and May 2018 is fast approaching. The update to the Data Protection rules will fundamentally change the way we are allowed to market to customers, how a business can collect and hold data and how you communicate both internally and externally.
This event is the last in series of three GDPR workshops and will focus on legitimate interest and how e-privacy and GDPR will work together with Steve Kuncewicz from Slater and Gordon. Kirsty Ramsey MCIM, Marketing Manager at Tait Walker LLP, will review the 'checklist' and how businesses must evidence compliance. Kirsty will show practical changes that need to be made and use live business examples of changing systems, changing marketing policies and what needs to be in place.
This event is kindly sponsored by Tait Walker LLP.
