Many great ideas fail simply by being poorly communicated. At our latest soft skills workshop Richard Newman will help you discover how to make your ideas happen by inspiring and motivating people, and how to get the results and respect you deserve. Working with UCL, Richard’s team created one of the largest studies ever completed on leadership communication and influence, which was published in the Journal of Psychology in 2016. The results show that you can increase your ratings for leadership qualities, including how convincing, inspiring and credible you are seen to be, by 59% by using a few simple principles yourself every day. Richard will share with you how to achieve this through a few simple changes in your behaviour.
This event is part of the ‘Soft Skills for Hard Results’ event series aimed to equip modern marketers with the interpersonal skills required to succeed in their jobs and advance their careers.
CIM members registered for the mentoring programme will pay only £20. To obtain this 20% discount please book by calling our Network Support team on +44(0) 1628 427340.
