    6:00 PM - Leeds

As the deadline for the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) fast approaches, we welcome Steve Kuncewicz, Principal Lawyer at Slater and Gordon and specialist in intellectual property, media and social media law, to discuss the challenges and opportunities for marketers. Further information about our speakers can be found in the speaker biographies attachment.

The update to the Data Protection rules will fundamentally change the way we are allowed to market to customers, how a business can collect and hold data and how you communicate both internally and externally. This event will address those changes and equip delegates in both understanding the rules and implementing new processes which will champion the customer and ultimately result in better marketing practices.

    CPD category: Championing the customer
    Duration: 1.5 hours

This event is kindly sponsored by Elevation Recruitment.

Registration and networking is from 18:00, the session starts at 18:30 and finishes at 20:00. If you are non-EU resident please call the Network Support team to make your booking.
