GDPR comes into force May 2018.
Many organisations and training courses are showing how to be compliant and avoid risk. This event will look at the positive opportunities offered by GDPR such as planning the behaviour change possibilities for staff and customers and the personalisation opportunities the new regulation will bring.
The session will provide attendees with an overview of GDPR do's and don’ts for those working in the Charity and Social Marketing sector. We’ll also discuss behaviour change theory and provide examples of how organisations are planning for the new regulations in their behaviour change programmes.
