    6:00 PM - London

The seventh event in our ‘Soft Skills for Hard Results’ series looks at how you can better manage your career, get hired, get promoted and earn more.

Career management isn't just a nice-to, it's a must do if you expect to gain maximum success and happiness from the hours you invest in work.

You are accountable for your own success and it is your responsibility to discover your attributes and capabilities that can give you a competitive edge and the greatest chance for your career to flourish. Career management requires quality networking, being in the right place at the right time, earning a voice at the table, knowing your unique value proposition and how to communicate it and managing your personal brand.

All of these factors require one important thing: a personal commitment to manage and invest in your career the right way.

In this workshop, Interview & Career Coach and experienced recruitment professional with extensive international experience, Margaret Buj - using anecdotes from her own life and work - will teach you the most effective ways to invest in your career.

You will also learn how to tailor your marketing CV to attract more opportunities, how to use LinkedIn effectively to build a powerful online presence and how to convey your strengths in a job interview. Finally, how to negotiate your best salary yet.

Attendees will also have the opportunity to connect, share ideas and start building relationships that can enhance their performance and career during the post-event networking session.

This event is part of the ‘Soft Skills for Hard Results’ event series aimed to equip modern marketers with the interpersonal skills required to succeed in their jobs and advance their careers.
