9:45 AM - Belfast

Managing data is an essential part of the marketer’s job. Best practice is not only advantageous but essential if organisations are not going to fall foul of the legal implications of misusing data.

As we countdown to new General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) being introduced this session will focus on data protection, present legislation and future considerations with Michael King, Director at Cleaver Fulton Rankin, litigator in intellectual property and data protection practitioner. Michael will be talking through changing case law and trends.

Carol Magill, Network Manager with CIM will also be highlighting resources available to marketers.

With an opportunity for questions and networking, these seminars have been very popular with the first three sessions selling out, so book early to avoid disappointment.

CPD category: Risk and reputation management
Duration: 2 hours

Registration and networking is from 09:45; the event starts at 10:15 and finishes at 12:15. If you are a non-EU resident, please contact the Network Support team to make your booking.
