Nicola is an architect with a business degree. This provides her with a complimentary perspective on the physical and business environments, through understanding the complex and often contradictory interests of the owner, users, designers and managers of buildings. Nicola leads Workplace Strategy at AECOM globally.

Nicola’s work focuses on partnering with clients globally to drive programs of change, capturing organisational demand, translating this into workplace strategies, implementing design solutions across geographies. Motivating and maintaining change is at the heart of this work. Nicola drives thought leadership at AECOM around the future of work, regularly publishing and speaking.

Liz Earwaker, Head of Marketing, EMIA, AECOM
Liz leads AECOM’s marketing network in Europe, Middle East, India and Africa, providing direction and support in the delivery of marketing strategies and initiatives which help the growth of key sectors. She has a particular focus on AECOM’s Buildings and Places business and key transformational growth initiatives; leading and shaping core messaging, elevating the AECOM brand and enhancing the client experience.
