This careers conference, 'What next? Your personal career plan', is for both new and experienced marketers. The conference aims to bring together a range of recruitment and marketing experts to help marketers across the region take the right steps to land their dream job.  

Speakers include:
Clare Kemsley - Managing Director of Hays Group Marketing, who will provide an insight into one of the reports carried out by Hays Recruitment, 'The Marketing Capability Gap'.
Neil Wilkins - Fellow & Lecturer at Cambridge Marketing College, who will take us on an insightful and practical journey into 'The Importance of Vision'.
Richard Woods - Award-winning entrepreneur, BBC's The Apprentice finalist, professional keynote speaker, radio presenter, investor and bestselling author. Richard will share his inspirational story about how he got to where he is today.
Nicky Rudd - Fellow of CIM and Managing Director of Padua Communications, will be running one of the workshop sessions looking at 'getting yourself interview ready'.
