Marketing automation is increasingly being used by marketers to manage the marketing and sales management process, but like most software it needs to be handled carefully to ensure it supports an effective marketing strategy.
Initially an email management tool, the software has developed into what some might call the holy grail of marketing, being able to track and respond to all marketing channels on and off line.
Steve Bishop, Director of Beach Marketing, has been actively using Marketing automation for several years and will provide an overview of his experiences in the pros and cons in selecting a marketing automation provider. He will then take us through a case study demonstrating the usability and benefits of marketing automation.
This is an ideal opportunity to learn more about marketing automation and some of the benefits it can bring to any marketing department with practical examples of its use.
