6:15 PM - London
Food and drink is at the very heart of the political and economic debate.
Big issues such as the health of the nation, Brexit and the constant battles between retailers are causing ripples in a sector that employs over 400,000 people in the UK across 7,000 businesses.
During this session, we’ll learn how Ian Wright, Chief Executive of the Food and Drink Federation (FDF), sees the future of those he represents. What the biggest challenges are as we head into uncertain times, and how through all of this, the sector continues to put food on the plates of the nation and provide much needed economic growth for the UK?
