Join us and network with like-minded marketing professionals at our annual senior marketers’ lunch at the Malmaison Leeds.

We will be joined by two engaging speakers who lead on communications, giving a different view of the customer experience, not only looking at the external customer journey but also talking about the importance of internal communications in any business, bringing this to life with real life examples and measurement.

We are communicating in increasingly challenging times and reaching all stakeholders is becoming more complex. As demands change in how we communicate and on many different channels, how can we deliver the almost perfect journey for both staff and customers?

Dave’s had a number of varied roles working in senior positions in retail, finance and telecommunications and has driven change and improvements in internal communication wherever he works.

He has a passion to deliver different ways of communicating to each client he works with. Whether through digital or social channels, traditional internal communications, events or a mix of all of them – and will always find the right approach to deliver value to any business he works with.

All served with seasonal potatoes and vegetables.
