March 07, 2019
7:30 AM - Southampton
We’re using National Apprenticeship Week 2019 as an opportunity to team up with Solent University and other local providers to offer you an update on all things apprenticeship.
We are pleased to table an array of excellent speakers:
Claire Sutton is a Chartered Marketer who has been working with apprenticeships for almost 20 years. She currently teaches on the Digital Marketer Advanced Apprenticeship so will be sharing updates on the many positive changes that have happened in recent years as well as her insights into this qualification.
Maggie Moss is a Commercial Partnerships Manager at Solent University, and will be telling us about the Digital Marketer Degree Apprenticeship that the University is launching in September2019, and how the apprenticeship levy can help you to attract new talent into your organisation as well as upskill and retain existing staff.
You'll hear from a selection of apprentices and their employers about what doing an apprenticeship has meant to them. We’ll also have representatives from a number of local apprenticeship providers, and an opportunity to ask questions from the floor and to network with our speakers.
This event is aimed at marketers looking to develop themselves or their team members, or our HR colleagues and managers looking for an update on the apprenticeship landscape.
Duration: 1.5 hours
Registration and networking is from 07:30; the event starts at 08:00 and finishes at 09:30. If you are a non-EU resident, please contact the Regional Events team to make your booking.
