    Esports is the world's fastest growing sport and one of the fastest growing industries. 

    Global esports revenues were predicted to reach $906 million dollars with brands investing $694 million in sponsorship during 2018 - according to NewZoo, the Esports data expert.

    In 2018, Staffordshire University launched the UK's first Esports degree and there are currently over 100 Esports undergraduates, with a 50% increase in applications seen for September 2019. Marketing this fast-growing global phenomenon can be challenging - this event brings together two speakers to talk about the marketing challenges they face.

    Kieran Holmes-Darby, Managing Director at Excel Esports

    Matt and Kieran share industry challenges and opportunities for marketers, including case studies of advertising and sponsorship. Attendees will also be invited to share the 'Esports experience' with our undergraduates in the Esports Hub.
