6:00 PM - London
At our first CIM/LSBU Marketing Club event for this year leading digital agency Croud will take an in-depth look at the growth and culture of Apps and why in-app advertising should be considered for any omnichannel campaign.
What is in-app advertising? We will explain what in-app advertising is and the different formats.
Where is the opportunity? We will show some examples of ads in dating Apps and explain the unique opportunity in-app advertising offers, highlighting the importance of content, the creative and messaging.
Is in-app advertising on the rise? We will share some stats on in-app advertising, talk about the advantages and disadvantages and examples of brands who have done it well and why.
How can we measure it? We will look at different ways to measure performance of in-app advertising.
We will wrap up the session with a group exercise: each team will get a different client proposal. What categories would you choose to target consumers via in-app advertising and why? What formats would you choose and why? What time of the day or week would you choose and why? And how would you measure performance?
