    This morning conference will provide marketing professionals from all sectors with valuable tools and insights that will give them the confidence and the advantage they need during these turbulent times of change. 

    The conference has been produced with support from the UK Government Communications Service (GCS - a member of the Northern Ireland Public Sector Communications Forum).

    The GCS 'Year of Marketing' sets the scene for a morning of case study presentations, followed by practical workshops designed to help raise our standards even higher.  This conference is an important date for ambitious Marketing professionals in all sectors to get into their diaries.  

    Alex Aiken, Executive Director of GCS will open the conference and set the scene.  Presentations will be delivered by Claire Pimm, Director of the GREAT Campaign; the MyNI Team who are leading the ‘Social Web’ digital transformation project in the NI Civil Service; and Fathom, a leading user experience (UX) agency.

    The presentations will be followed by 3 simultaneous workshops facilitated by:

    - Nicky Jackson of GCS: Creating engaging digital content at low or zero cost
    - MyNI Team: How To – Build, Measure and Learn, using digital tools and techniques
    - Andrew McCrea and Marie-therese McCann of Fathom: Understanding the fundamentals of UX / Service Design and Customer Experience
