6:00 PM - London
Students expect personalised experiences but increasingly operate beyond where universities can track. They share less with brands, engage more through private apps than via public feeds, and UniQuest’s international stealth applicant research shows that most won’t enquire before application.
UniQuest have been working in partnership with Clare Beckett, Director of Student Recruitment at Kingston University, to develop deeper levels of personalisation, tracking impact throughout the cycle. Clare will share her experiences of the practical application of the principles of personalisation from her over 20 years’ experience within the sector.
With a million student interactions at their fingertips, UniQuest has extensive experience of using data to improve student conversion from first point of enquiry to enrolment. Jennifer Parsons, Director of Partnerships and Insights at UniQuest, also brings over 20 years’ experience of recruitment across universities in London.
Registration and networking drinks reception is from 18:00; the event starts at 18:30 and finishes at 20:30. If you are non-EU resident please call the Regional Events team to make your booking.
