6:00 PM - Birmingham

Much is made of the potential value and commercial benefits for firms of unlocking their latent and dormant creativity. A challenge for organisations and their senior leaders that is easier said than done.
In this workshop, Elaine Clarke, Senior Teaching Fellow at Aston Business School, presents the recent findings of the 'Workplace Creativity' research project, the implications for leaders of organisations and, in particular, the challenges and opportunities it reveals for marketers. The evening includes a feedback session for marketers to discuss the research and feed directly back into the project. Elaine is a Principal Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and has fulfilled the roles of Director of Undergraduate Programmes and Associate Dean of Postgraduate Programmes before moving to become Associate Dean, Accreditations, responsible for overseeing the triple accreditation of the School.
