He will discuss why marketing professionals should be looking beyond the traditional digital marketing metrics and KPI’s in order to efficiently manage campaign return on investment (ROI) and accomplish business goals.
Today, marketers have access to more data than ever. Thousands of tools are also available to help them gather, store and measure it. Still, the ability to develop useful insight and solve business challenges have not kept up with the digital innovations.

Kalust has over 10 years of agency and in-house marketing experience. He has held various marketing roles at Gazprom, think M. - strategic marketing consulting, the University of Lincoln, and the Careers Group. Currently, he is a Marketing Manager at St George’s, University of London. He is also a Tutor at the Oxford College of Marketing, delivering a range of CIM digital marketing modules.
This is the second in a new series of CIM/LCF Marketing Club events being held in High Holborn. The aim of the club is to give practicing marketers an opportunity to take some time-out, challenge thinking, learn new skills and share experiences with the next generation of marketing talent.
