    At this soft skills workshop discover with Giles Watkins, author of Positive Sleep, the importance and function of sleep, how it affects professionals, and how organisations can promote better sleep.

    Giles Watkins chairs Vistage Group, a peer group for SME CEOs. He is also a mentor, executive coach and facilitator. Giles has over 30 years of global business and management experience in enabling decision makers to solve problems, achieve balance, deliver superior results and sleep better at night.

    Giles’ book Positive Sleep is a straightforward guide to sleeping well, with tried and tested tips and tools that the author used to overcome his own sleep issues.
