    Course Director

    Nick Baggott

    Nick Baggott FCIM has been a CIM Course Director for CRM & Digital for 9 years. He is a Professor at Hult International Business School and MD of Navigate Consulting Ltd. He works globally with clients like Google, Avon, EY, BP and Vodafone. He was formerly Group Client Service Director at Chemistry, a specialist CRM focused agency. Nick regularly advises clients on digital and data strategy as well as being an expert in CRM and customer experience. Throughout his career, Nick has stayed at the forefront of digital marketing and data driven marketing thinking, by being curious and constantly evolving his content to reflect marketing trends and client needs. Nick is focused on helping clients who may not have the technical knowledge of all of the tools available to understand which tools and techniques can help their business reach its goals.
